Barry and Paul, pictured below at the launch of our Melbourne offices at Tasma Terrace, are the Launch Patrons, funding this important project.
Our Young People team is partnering with YMCA Victoria to combine our homegrown Achieve Framework with the Y ReBuild program—an incredible initiative helping young people involved in the criminal justice system transition into meaningful employment.
Under the guidance of our Director for Young People, Dean Delia, participants engaged in a series of activities designed to help them reflect on their strengths, cultivate their passions, and explore their career identities. The ReBuild participants brought an incredible sense of curiosity and self-awareness to the table, facilitating a great morning of learning and discussion. We can’t wait to see where these inspiring young people go next!
