Service to Success on World Entrepreneurship Day

Meet clinical nutritionist, wellbeing facilitator and RAAF veteran Jodi Allen.

After medically discharging, RAAF veteran Jodi Allen found new purpose and connection as an entrepreneur, clinical nutritionist and wellbeing facilitator.

Jodi served in the Australian Air Force for 14 years before medically discharging in 2003.

“I had a loss of purpose, I felt disconnected. I felt a loss of identity. It was some years before I really found what I wanted to do with myself.”

Eleven years later, Jodi started her own business in clinical nutrition, counselling and yoga.

“When I was medically discharged, the big focus was on what I couldn’t do. Because of my injury, there was very little focus on what I could do.”
“The Prince’s Trust...really changed my way of thinking, which was a great moment for me.”

Proving that resilience, dedication, and a passion for wellness can lead to entrepreneurial success, Jodi applies evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine to help organisations and individuals improve performance through physical and mental wellbeing.

Jodi exemplifies the resilience and versatility of veterans in pursuing their entrepreneurial dreams and her journey serves as an inspiration to so many women seeking to make their mark in the business world.
